      Pastors Michael and Amy Tadlock have served as Pastors in ministry for 19 years in every area from children, youth, outreach, music, and media to Senior Pastors and Christian Academy Administrators. They possess fresh vision and burden to reach the Pensacola area and beyond for the cause of Christ. The church is pulling together in unity, services are filled with the power of God, and First Assembly is growing, all to the Glory of God. Pastor Michael's heart is to see First Assembly be a healthy, vibrant, Spirit Filled, harvest minded Pentecostal Driven church touching the hearts of every generation. Pastor Michael & Sis. Amy have two beautiful children, Hayden and Hannah.

                                                            Rev. Glenn and Shelli Vaughn

                                                 ASSOCIATE PASTOR / MUSIC MINISTER

             Pastor Glenn has felt the call of God on his life from early childhood. In fact, when asked what he wanted to do when he grew up, without hesitation he would answer, “I want to sing”. At the age of 14 he began to sing on a regular basis at the church he attended. This was under the direction of his Youth Pastor and Mentor Sue Wilson who more than anything taught him to allow the Holy Spirit to use him. He was licensed to preach in The Assemblies of God in 1996 and ordained in 2004. God has blessed him with his wife Shelli and his four children, Rachel, Lowell, Hannah and LeAnna. His calling and passion above all else is to spread the message of salvation through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and to lead God’s people in worship through the ministry of song.

                                                              Donnie and Shelley Rutledge

                                       ASSOCIATE PASTOR / MEDIA and OUTREACH Minister

             Pastor Donnie and Sis Shelley along with their three sons, Tyler, Dakota and Trenton, came to First Assembly of God in February of 2006. Up untill August of 2011 they have fathfully served as Youth Pastors. During the past 5 and half years they have seen God do great things with TransFormed Student Ministries. They have poured into the lives of our young people and have seen them mature in Christ over the years. God has been dealing with them about reaching our community. Through much prayer they have accepted the call of God to transition into the role of Media and Outreach Pastors. It is their passion through Media and our H2O Outreach Ministries to reach the hurting in our community, to bring them the Gospel, to feed them, to clothe them and so much more. With God,s help and the leading of the Holy Spirit they simply want to bring hope and compassion to those in our church and community who are hurting and in need of a Savior.
